About Our Graduates

ABOUT THE GRADUATES OF THE ATDF TAP TEACHER TRAINING BASED IN THE COPASETIC CANON:
ATDF Tap Teacher Training Graduates are a diverse group of women and men from all over the United States and a dozen countries across the globe. Some are community leaders who have educated generations of tap students and some are just starting out on their career path as dance teachers. TTT Graduates work in every type of dance setting--private studios, after school arts programs, high schools, colleges, and theaters--bringing tap dance excellence and Copasetic artistry to hundreds and hundreds of students.

Some of their feedback about the Training:
“Amazing amount of useful information” “this training is wonderful . . . invaluable” “Fun!!”
“[one of the best parts was] the feeling of being part of the tradition and passing it on as a teacher”
“[Session 1] was fast and furious but so fun and challenging—a good thing.”
“I so enjoyed coming back after my six months of teaching [for Session 3]. I felt empowered, validated and on the right track.”
