Level 4: Intermediate Tap for Adults & Teens 13+
A Four Week Workshop taught by Max Pollak
$12/class
$45/4-class card
Intermediate students have a working knowledge of all tap vocabulary. They are ready for advanced concepts taught at a moderate pace and can move with speed and facility with less complicated tap choreography. In Intermediate classes, students work to develop speed, foot dexterity, clarity of technique, solid timing at all tempos and in all styles of music, along with personal expression, movement, and style in more complex combinations. Students increase their knowledge of music concepts and develop improvisation skills. Choreography and exercises include original combinations created by your instructor. Some ATDF faculty will also include Copasetic Canon and classic tap repertory, with steps and sections of dances choreographed by tap masters such as Buster Brown, Brenda Bufalino, Leon Collins, Steve Condos and Bill Robinson, etc.
Tap Shoes are NOT required!
