HOW TO REGISTER: Read instructions below and then click on Registration Form (not available)

REGISTER EARLY FOR SAVINGS: Early Bird prices are listed below. Prices go up after June 5, 2009 and many classes will fill quickly, so be sure to send in your registration early. If you are registering after June 5, 2009, please contact us by phone or e-mail for class availability. Late registrations should be sent by fax only, not by mail.

STUDENT CANCELLATIONS: Before June 5, 2009 students can cancel their registration and receive a full refund minus the $35.00 registration fee. No refunds after June 5, 2009.

CONFIRMATION NOTICE: We will send you a confirmation notice by email within two weeks of receiving your registration. If you wish to receive your confirmation by regular mail, please check the box on the bottom of your registration form. Please contact us if you don't receive your notice within two weeks.

REGISTRATION CHANGES: Students who wish to change their class choices after classes have begun may be charged a change fee. Speak to the Registrar for details.
