DEADLINE for these Youth Showcases & Adult Showcase is:  July 6, 2009.

For Tap Youth/Tap Future:

Include the following & send in one package only:

a) Brief Bio about you/your group (150 words or less):  **Use the back or separate sheet of paper

b) Completed application form

c) Audition video/DVD/VHS – No Pal or Secam

Please label your audition video submission with:

• Name of piece
• Director or School name
• Length of time

 AUDITION SUBMISSION DEADLINE for the Tap Youth/Tap Future is:  May 15, 2009.
